The questions you bring us, the materials you share, and the analysis we deliver are covered by the terms we agree with your team.

If you need a confidentiality agreement before describing a project, tell us when you first get in touch and send sensitive materials only after terms are in place.

Data handling

Measures described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Personal data is protected with encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
  • Information is processed in the United States. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • This website sets no first-party cookies and loads no third-party scripts unless you accept the Privacy Policy. The contact form sends your details only when you submit it after accepting the Privacy Policy.
  • Vendors that host, process forms, or deliver email on our behalf are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

Security

Report a vulnerability.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website or platform, please report it to security@epistemic.ai. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We appreciate responsible reports and will respond promptly.

We do not currently offer a bug bounty program.
